Return & Refund Policy

If there is any problem with the items send, please fill-up the Returns form and submit to us within 7 days of the items received.

1) Returned items will be checked with receipt.

2) Returned items should be in good condition.

3) Returned Items & packaging should not be tampered. If products are found to be mis-used or damaged by customer, there will not be any refund.

4) LS Publishers will not be responsible for your shipment lost during the return transit.

5) We will bear the cost of return shipping (for standard shipping method only), if we have send any wrong or defective items to you, and we will resend your correct items, without any shipping charges. Otherwise, you will need to bear the shipping charges for returning items.

Return & Refund Procedures

Kindly include the following details in your email:

  1) Order number.

  2) Contact number.

  3) Defective products (if possible, please attach photos of products).

  4) Problems or reasons for return (so that we can improve and serve you better).

Once we received the returned items, we will contact you within 3 working days for further processing.

Normally, you will receive your refund within 7 days upon our checking and confirmation.
